As a family, we really appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location near the shopping center and metro stop. It made getting around Berlin so much easier for us. The room was modern, clean, and had great soundproofing. The bathroom was spacious, and we loved the eco-friendly option of drink vouchers in exchange for not having the room cleaned. The included breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of delicious options.

The air conditioning in the room didn't cool it down properly, even when set to a low temperature. The hairdryer in our room was also not working.
